The OnePlus Nord has not been available for very long, but it has already received many OxygenOS updates, mostly including bug fixes. Now another OxygenOS update is coming to the North, with fixes for the system, camera, charging speed, and other core components.

OxygenOS 10.5.5 is now rolling out to the OnePlus Nord, with a build number of 10.5.5.AC01DA in India, 10.5.5.AC01BA in Europe, and 10.5.5.AC01AA in other regions. The changelog does not include any new features or security patches, but there are some major fixes for the operating system, camera and charging speed.

System

  • Fixed the issue with the media volume adjustment interface
  • Fix the issue of rebooting system when free-form is enabled
  • The problem has been fixed with OnePlus Notes always running in the background

Camera

  • Improve the brightness of the photo when shooting indoors and under various camera settings
  • Improved photo clarity with macro mode

Power

  • Improved loading speed to improve user experience

The update is slowly reaching out to owners of OnePlus Nord in India and other regions, and OnePlus says an OTA for Europe “will follow soon.” The company’s website does not yet offer a direct download for the update, but you may be able to use the third-party Oxygen Updater app to get it faster.
