One killed, several injured after multiple Thanksgiving shootings in Nevada

Several people were shot and one was fatally wounded following several shootings in Nevada on Thanksgiving.

According to the Henderson Police Department, police received five shots wounded after receiving several calls from various locations in Henderson, N.W., on Thursday night.

“It is believed that the suspects were firing randomly at civilians without any apparent motive.” The department said in a news release.

Four survivors, aged 18 to 53, were rushed to a local hospital and are expected to recover from their injuries. A 22-year-old man was found dead at the scene, according to police.

The suspects, whose names have not been named by law enforcement, were described as a white woman in her twenties and a white man in her twenties or thirties.

Both had tattoos or paint on their faces and police said the suspect was captured by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

The shooting investigation is open and active. The investigation will investigate the 13th cow slaughter in the city by 2020.
