The positive testing rate has also increased. The increase has resulted in masks being mandatory in Cuyahoga County, which has started a hotline for reports of noncompliance. And the aftermath of the May 30 riot in Cleveland continues … the video shows police shooting dozens of pepper spray balls at a resident trying to break into his downtown apartment.
