Rapper Drake has released a new song “Laugh Now Cry Later feat. Lil Durk” and a music video to follow on Friday afternoon and included several professional athletes in the project. The video turns out to be almost as much Nike commercial as it is a music video, with the scene set in a Nike store, surrounded by its products.
Drake is no stranger to the sports scene, every fan of the Toronto Raptors knows that, and this time he called on wide receiver Cleveland Brown’s Odell Beckham Jr., running back Marshawn Lynch and Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant to help him with the video.
Each brought their skills and great personality to the screen and had sports fans and athletes talking.

The trio of famous faces begins with Durant, who plays one-on-one basketball with Drake.
The four-time Grammy winner can watch many basketball games, but judging by his performance on the court against KD, it is best that he remains on the court.
KD celebrated its one-on-one victory over Drizzy with a tweet:
The rapper then takes to the football field to catch a few catches with the WR wizard OBJ. Here, Odell swaps over his one-handed catch to play quarterback and has Drake run the routes.
Beckham does not seem to be in such a bad mood, so if the Browns want to add to their extensive QB list of the last two decades, they could definitely visit him.
Drake had an advantage because he had no one to defend him and to his credit, made a catch with one hand reminiscent of the iconic Beckham.
This clip had in particular players cheering each other on route running and being knocked off the line because they were not impressed with Drake’s skill.
Brandon Marshall marked TJ Ward as his nomination for who would get beat, but the two quickly transitioned into roses from the play.
The roses went through:
NFL Defensive Player of the Year, and Madden 99 Club member Stephon Gilmore warned everyone against naming his name.
At the end of the scene, BeastMode took Drake off when OBJ watched, only to have some concerns.
