Police moved after reports of fighting between youths multiple times Friday night.
(Drammens Tidende): Just before 6pm on Friday night, the police were notified of a fight at the Gulskogen school.
When they arrived, they took control of a fight between two groups.
There must be between 50 and 100 youths who fled the scene when the police arrived, says the operations manager in the southeast police district, Erik Gunnerød.
The youths were between 14 and 15 years old.
Drive to the emergency room
A girl was taken by ambulance to the emergency room after injuring her leg. It is not known if the injury had anything to do with the fights.
– We have tried to give a little rope and get the names of some of the young people who are fighting. It was a meat fight. It is not natural that so many young people gather at the Gulskogen school on Friday night, says the director of operations.
The police moved with several patrols to the scene. When they first received a phone call about the fight, the message was that the caller was chased by youths at the scene.
At 6.30 pm, the police were notified that the same young men were at the Rødskog school. There must have been a fight there too.
Expelled from the square after fighting
Even later in the evening, at 8.30pm, the police received a report of youths fighting in Bragernes Torg.
– They were young and in a hurry. There were two young men fighting, but they gave up when the police arrived, says Gunnerød.
There must be between seven and eight youths in all.
– They were told to go home and leave Bragernes Torg.
