Police release the name of the woman who ended up under the car in Sandnes.

It was Maria Gabriela Talaska (52), a Stord resident, who lost her life in the accident at Søredalen in Sandnes on Friday.
“The tragic accident occurred when the woman got under her own car, which began to roll,” the Southwest Police District wrote in a news release.
His relatives have been notified and the name is released in consultation with them.
Ended up under the car
It was 11.30am on Friday when the police reported the accident at Søredalen in Sandnes. Later that day, police said a woman had died.
– It is the woman’s own car that has started to roll. The accident happened when she ended up under the car herself, said operations manager Victor Fenne-Jensen in the southwest Aftenbladet police district.
Two witnesses present
The woman was on her way to Sandnes to pick up a puppy when the accident occurred.
– There were at least two witnesses present and the witnesses have been questioned by the police. As we see it now, the incident appears to be a tragic accident, Fenne-Jensen said.
The woman was visiting a family living at the corresponding address in Søredalen in Sandnes.
Both the emergency room and the crisis team of the Sandnes municipality were mobilized to attend to the families and those affected.
