Wizz Air expands its route offer in Norway – E24

The Hungarian low-cost airline will now also fly to Haugesund and Finnmark before Christmas.

On Thursday, Wizz Air states in a press release that they will also fly between Oslo and Haugesund, Alta and Kirkenes.

On Monday this week, the company also announced that it will start flying between Oslo and Stavanger and between Oslo and Harstad / Narvik Evenes.

Furthermore, the Hungarian airline writes that it is speeding up the launch of the routes they have already announced.

The company will begin flying from Oslo to various Norwegian cities on November 27, instead of the previously announced December 17.

Routes from Trondheim and Bodø to various cities will begin flying on December 4, two weeks ahead of schedule.

Wizz Air announced that it would fly domestically in Norway in early October. The company has been criticized for not allowing employees to organize, including by Prime Minister Erna Solberg.
