United States President Donald Trump released several Twitter messages on Friday.

– REMOVE MINNESOTA!

– FREE MICHIGAN!

– FREE VIRGINIA and save your second constitutional addition. It is under attack, the president wrote on Twitter.

The president’s Twitter messages came the day after he launched a three-step plan to reopen society after the coronavirus outbreak, which has so far claimed more than 37,000 lives in the United States.

In all of the states mentioned, there have been protests this week against Democratic Governors Tim Walz, Gretchen Whitmer and Ralph Northam ordering people to stay home after the covid-19 outbreak.

Some protesters believe that several of the measures are a threat to the economy both locally and nationally. Others believe the measures are unconstitutional and will refuse to follow them.

So far, there have been protests in the states of North Carolina, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Kentucky and Minnesota. Several of the protesters have been armed.

Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer reacted strongly to protesters who blocked the roads and gathered in large unprotected crowds on Thursday, the Washington Post writes. Protesters had also blocked the path for an ambulance to attempt to pass.

According to the newspaper, several thousand drivers gathered on the highway in the state capital, Lansing, and played patriotic songs from the car radio and waved the American flag. The protesters, who essentially wanted to go back to work, should also have shouted “lock her up” directed at the governor, the same rhetoric President Trump has repeatedly pointed to former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

On Saturday, new protests are planned in Maryland, and in Colorado on Sunday, Fox News writes.

The fact that the President shares such views is politically motivated and raises concerns that his followers feel encouraged to ignore the guidelines for physically distancing others in social contexts.

Trump’s three-step plan, released Thursday, does not contain a national strategy for the crown tests, something several governors have said they want. The Michigan governor has previously criticized the federal government’s handling of the crown crisis, and several governors said in late March that they did not have enough equipment to handle the crisis.

The Washington governor, in his interview with CNN, emphasizes that equipment and swabs are still needed to carry out the necessary tests before the states can begin a gradual opening of the economy.
