VG: Tom Hagen’s relative accused of witness influence

According to the newspaper, the relative is accused under article 157 of the Penal Code; “For having acted in the event of threats or other unlawful conduct towards an actor of the judiciary in a way that is appropriate to influence the actor to commit or omit an act in relation to a criminal case.

According to information from VG, the central witness has been in at least two police interrogations since Anne-Elisabeth Hagen disappeared almost two years ago.

The witness is said to have provided the police with information about a previous conflict with Hagen, as well as detailed information about the marriage between Tom and Anne-Elisabeth Hagen.

VG has been in contact with both the accused witness and Tom Hagen’s defense attorney, Attorney Svein Holden, but neither of them want to comment on the case.
