VG: The police found newspaper articles about unsolved murders at Tom Hagen’s home.

After Hagen was arrested in April, the police searched his home in Lørenskog several times.

There, according to VG’s information, they must have found articles about the murder of Najaf Abbas in May 2006. He was shot and killed in the fast food restaurant Skårer Grill & Pizza in Lørenskog. The case is unsolved.

“No comment on suspected seizures”

In addition, the police found material about the murder of Meta Øverli, who was stabbed to death in his own home in Høybråtenveien in Furuset on 7 April 2006. This case has not been solved either.

The police also seized articles on other unsolved murder cases that have no local roots in Lørenskog.

Hagen’s defender, Svein Holden, writes in an email to VG that “he is prohibited from commenting on alleged seizures by the police due to a duty of confidentiality.”

– Demand that the family enter the third Christmas

– However, I want to emphasize that it is demanding for the family to enter the third Christmas without knowing what has happened to Anne-Elisabeth Hagen. We hope that the investigation will continue in full force in 2021 and that the police will not surrender until the people behind the crime have been arrested.

Police will not comment on the case. Tom Hagen, who was released from custody in May after just over a week, is still charged with murder or complicity in the murder of his wife Anne-Elisabeth Hagen, who has been missing for more than two years. The 70-year-old man denies his criminal guilt.
