Furthermore, he writes that it is important that authorities at all levels do what they can, within their area, to ensure the integrity of the election and build confidence in the outcome of the election.
The rest of the letter is largely a thank you to Trump and a compliment to the president for what he has accomplished in the past four years.
Assistant United States Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen takes over as Acting Attorney General, while Richard Donoghue takes over as new Assistant Attorney General.
