She tells this to NRK on Thursday in connection with the trial against Laila Anita Bertheussen that is taking place in the Oslo District Court.

– I have a comment about it, and it is that I have not leaked any information that is free of publicity by the government. Of course, that type of government does not participate in these cases. I have not leaked any images to the media, the defendants did it themselves, says Tybring-Gjedde.

Prosecutor Marit Formo confronted Bertheussen in court Wednesday because she had asked for help in leaking cases to the media from the first incident against the house and the car in December 2018 in conversations between her and Ingvil Smines Tybring-Gjedde and a journalist from the Human Rights Service.

State Attorney Frederik Ranke told Aftenposten on Wednesday that he believes Tybring-Gjedde was the one who sent the photos.

– It was Bertheussen who started it all, and Ingvil Smine’s Tybring-Gjedde who sent the images to the press, says Ranke.

Bertheussen (55) is accused of violating article 115 of the Penal Code for using, among other things, threats to ensure that there was a danger of hindering or influencing the work of his co-inhabitant, former Justice Minister Tor Mikkel Wara (Frp) , Ingvild Smines Tybring-Pike (Frp) and her husband, the parliamentary representative Christian Tybring-Gjedde (Frp).
