On Saturday night, several viewers reported that it was not possible to vote on the TV 2 website during tonight’s “Skal vi danse” broadcast.

– We take this very seriously and, together with our subcontractor, we will investigate what has happened and how extensive the problem may have been, says TV 2 press manager Jan-Petter Dahl.

Many were surprised that it was referee Nathan “Nate” Kahungu (24 )’s favorite who smoked on tonight’s show. Now multiple viewers say they tried to vote for Nate and his dance partner Helene Spilling, but it didn’t work.

Investigations started

On social media, flow with comments from people who had trouble voting. Several write that the votes must have been incorrectly recorded or not approved.

– I can confirm that we have received some comments that people have had problems voting, says Dahl.

TV 2 is now investigating what may have happened and if this may have affected the result.

Dahl says they will come out with more information as soon as they know what happened.

– What do you do if this may have affected the result?

– We should consider this when we know what has happened, says Dahl.

Shock duel

Several were surprised that it was Nate and Michael Andreassen who ended up in a dance duel after tonight’s performances. This past Saturday, Michael was at the top of the judges ‘result list, while Nate has also been the judges’ favorite multiple times this fall.

Nate also admits that he was a bit surprised that he smoked out of the competition. The judges agreed that it was Nate who deserved to emerge victorious from the dance duel.

– Yes, I was a bit surprised. Is it allowed to say? I have received good comments. But I’m not a professional dancer, and if viewers think I don’t deserve it, that’s perfectly fine, Nate tells tv2.no.

He emphasizes that he doesn’t think he deserves the spot more than the other dance celebrities.

The case is being updated.
