– We must rally politicians as quickly as possible. Christmas Eve can be difficult, but Christmas Day is a good opportunity. This should only happen as soon as possible, he adds.

Skjøtskift says conservatives will clamp down on the infection.
– This is not the time to sit with your hands in your lap. We must toughen up as soon as we win the presidency. The most important thing is to impose restrictions on social gathering places in Trondheim this Christmas. Conservatives want to end this.
– The political leadership in Trondheim should meet with the police chief as soon as possible to discuss the follow-up of these cases. Those who knowingly break the rules to fix them now face consequences and penalties when the police take them, says Skjøtskift.
– It has been only two days since Mayor Rita Ottervik (Labor Party) called for the rules to be relaxed in Trondheim. It should serve as a reminder that this is not the time to relax and drop your shoulders, things are quickly getting out of hand.
