Police were notified of a riot at a house in Lilleborg in Oslo at 8.30pm on Tuesday night.

They confirm to NRK that it was the neighbors who called and reported disturbances in the houses.

They arrived at the apartment minutes later and found three people injured.

– According to information from the victims, we detained two people within walking distance, operations manager Sven Christian Lie tells NRK.

The police consider the two detainees suspicious and have taken them into custody.

– So far we believe that we have caught those who are going to be caught and imprisoned, says Tore Barstad, operations manager of the Oslo police.

Did the two perpetrators you refer to here say anything?

– They have somehow connected with the crime scene itself, if they haven’t exactly connected with the action itself yet. We tow them, conduct crime scene investigations to link them to the incident itself, then we’ll see if we’ve hit. At least so far we believe that, says Barstad.

It was VG who mentioned the case for the first time.

There were a lot of police on the scene. The task leader says there are many indications that massive violence has been used against the three in the apartment.

The police operations center in Oslo also confirms to NRK that finds have been made at the site indicating that objects may have been used.

– When we got here, we found three pieces that are quite damaged inside an apartment, says Barstad.

The first thing the police did on the spot was stop the bleeding from the victims.

According to the NRK reporter, forensic technicians also entered the block where the incident occurred.
