He was a king in battle at Ullevaal on Wednesday night. The forward made more free throws than goal chances, but his only big chance came early in the second half when the forward forced a strong save.
After 65 minutes, the Bournemouth striker was replaced by Sørloth.
Decision Friday
It is currently unknown whether King will continue in Bournemouth or not. Friday 16 October is the last transition deadline for domestic clubs in England.
– I honestly don’t know exactly what will happen. A lot has happened, and if I had written a book about what happened in the last two months, it would definitely have been a best seller, says King.
On Wednesday, the forward gained confidence ahead of Alexander Sørloth, who has so far earned a place alongside Haaland.
Lagerbäck is above all pleased that King is working again.
