Anne Lindboe, executive director of the National Association of Private Kindergartens (PBL), has stated that private drivers may have received up to NOK 100 million too little.

The municipality is now taking the case to the Oslo District Court.

– We believe that we have a very good case, and that is also confirmed by the municipal attorney. We also have the support of the municipal organization KS. We have good faith in winning this case, says Inga Marte Thorkildsen (SV), councilor for education and knowledge in the municipality of Oslo, to Utdanningsnytt.
