According to NRK, Bertheussen, who is the partner of former Justice Minister Tor Mikkel Wara, had the health app installed on his iPhone.
– Health data is an application on the phone that, among other things, shows steps and movements. There will be evidence around it because we think it is important for a couple of events, says prosecutor Frederik G. Ranke of the National Prosecutor’s Office (NAST).
Among other things, Bertheussen is accused of being behind seven incidents with threats against the house where she lived with her family and her partner. Evidence from the health app will be presented when reviewing two of the seven incidents.
Bertheussen’s advocate, John Christian Elden, has no comment on the information on the health app.
– We will return to the various PST scenario hypotheses in court, he replies.
The trial against Bertheussen begins on Tuesday, September 8, in room 250 of the Oslo court.
The indictment includes arson outside Wara and Bertheussen’s home, in addition to labeling the word “racist” on the wall of the home.
