Police announced the man’s release on Saturday night.

– Several interrogations were carried out last Saturday afternoon, where the man explained himself to the police. They release him because the police do not believe there is a danger of confiscation, Prosecutor Haris Hrenovica of the Eastern Police District says in a press release.

The man is still charged in the case. For the sake of the ongoing investigation, police on Saturday night have no further comment to give, he says.

Intended for serious deprivation of liberty

The man in his 30s who was first killed in the Hagen case is now accused of contributing to the severe deprivation of liberty by Anne-Elisabeth Hagen.

VG, Dagbladet and Nettavisen report this on Saturday night.

The defender of man, Dag Svensson, informs VG that the relevant section is section 255 of the Penal Code, on the serious deprivation of liberty.

– The police stated this when we started the interrogations today, says Svensson.

According to Nettavisen, the customer is not aware of this charge.

Raise again

The defendant was questioned at Kripos in Brynseng in Oslo on Saturday. Her advocate, attorney Dag Svensson, came out at 5.30 p.m., but had no comment on the case at the time. He collected according to VG the car and drove to the Kripos garage.

Svensson tells NTB that he is satisfied with the launch.

– He will try to get home and relax, says the defender.

According to the defense, the 30-year-old defendant must wait for the police to call him for further questioning.

– We said we are asking, says Svensson.

Have a relationship

He says there were only practical reasons why Saturday’s interrogation took place at Kripos in Oslo, not the Eastern Police District, which has the investigation of the case.

The accused man in his 30s has a relationship with Tom Hagen, and police have stated that “they are familiar with the man’s IT and cryptocurrency experience.”

The garden escaped custody on Friday.
