Bitter second place rarely tastes good right after the gold medal has been missed. That was the case for Trøndelag’s Daniel Viem Årdal (31), who had to be defeated by one point in Sunday’s “Farmen” final.
He then told Se og Hør that it was not entirely correct for Per Gunvald Haugen (45) to win the show, and at the same time accused TV 2 of having contributed to the southerner’s victory behind the scenes.

Get support
Now the 31-year-old has slept in defeat, and what in his eyes may be seen as a nightmarish outcome will likely take time to leave behind. Both the cabin and the car disappeared before his eyes and he is therefore relieved that the season is coming to an end.
– I’m not done with that, and I will probably bear that loss for a long time. I don’t think it was a fair victory. There is a lot that is connected here, and I still believe that TV 2 has helped PG (Per Gunvald, journ.anm.) To victory, Viem Årdal tells Se og Hør on Monday morning.
The 31-year-old is among this year’s contestants who have received the most attention for television participation, but he has also tried the back of the medal.
On several occasions, he has been hailed against him as a result of what many describe as foul play on the farm. He himself believes that he has never been dirty, and that he has played open cards.
– I’ve always been open about the fact that I was in “The Farm” to win, not for experience or to make friends, he notes.
After the loss, it says that it has only been cleaned with support in its inbox.
– I have not read everything on social networks, but it has been very positive after the final. Many write that I was a more worthy winner, which I think is very nice, he admits, continuing:
He will do it with the “Farmen” award
– Several of those who have criticized me have also turned around a bit and have realized that you cannot judge a person for a television participation.

-I think someone has a problem here, and it’s not me, continue.
– Not well
As mentioned, Viem Årdal went tough against TV 2 after losing the “Farmen” final on Sunday. Among other things, he believed that last week’s weekly assignment should never have been approved as, according to him, parts of it had not been completed.
The approval gave Per Gunvald Haugen an additional finishing knife, which on Sunday turned out to be absolutely decisive as he escaped with victory, by one point.
– I think the production has helped Per Gunvald win a cabin and a car, and they should never have approved the assignment, he thought then, something that he also represents when we talk to him today.
Fought back
TV 2 has repeatedly responded to the 31-year-old’s accusations, explaining that they never had any doubts that the weekly allowance should be approved.
– The sabotage carried out by Daniel was rectified, the task was to prepare the Samsjø farm for winter. The juice house, the smithy, the attic and the main house all looked very good in terms of evaluation, explained TV 2 program editor Kathrine Haldorsen to Se og Hør, continuing:
– Approved by mom
– Therefore, the mentor had no doubt that this was approved, and since these were the most important tasks in the weekly assignment, the mentor did not need to see more.
