– The protector of the country

Berdymukhamedov has ruled the totalitarian state since 2006 and is known as the “protector” of the country.

Turkenistan has so far not recorded a single case of coronavirus. However, the AFP news agency says that the country’s tradition of secrecy and its proximity to Iran, which has suffered a serious coronary attack, has created great doubts about whether this is the case.
