A man in his 30s who is charged with attempted murder at Los Tacos in Stavanger takes on a police questioning linked to the crime scene and acknowledged the actual circumstances.
This is stated by the Southwest Police District in a press release.
The man in question was detained by police at a hotel in downtown Stavanger shortly after 1 p.m. Friday, just over 13 hours after a waiter at a taco restaurant was shot at work.

According to the police, the accused will be taken into custody next Monday.

Launching and finding of weapons
When police moved to the scene just before midnight Thursday, another man in his 30s was arrested and charged with attempted murder. It will be released on Friday night.
– He is still charged, but the basis of suspicion against him has weakened after the cross-examination of the other defendant, says Hauge.
On Friday afternoon, police found a firearm that was buried in a flowerbed near Byparken in Stavanger.
– It was a dog patrol that found the weapon. Police have reason to believe this was used in connection with the Los Tacos incident yesterday, the police attorney says.
He does not want to elaborate on the weapon, according to the press release.
