The Center Party garners 27.9 percent support, just ahead of the Labor Party, which stands at a record low of 26.7 percent in Hedmark, Hamar Arbeiderblad reports.

The Labor Party must endure a drop of nearly 9 percentage points since the 2017 elections, while the Center Party is up nearly 6 percent.

In the survey, respondents were also asked who they think should become prime minister after the elections. 29% answered Erna Solberg (H), 27% answered Trygve Slagsvold Vedum (Sp) and 26% answered Jonas Gahr Støre (Labor).

Conservatives can take a mandate from Frp

The survey provides a stable distribution of seats relative to Hedmark’s current bank, which has seven representatives. The Labor Party and the Socialist People’s Party will each have two representatives, while the Socialist People’s Party, the Conservative Party and the Green Party will retain their seats.

Conservatives, who have made little progress, are in the best position to remove the mandate of the system from Frp.

The survey was conducted by Sentio Research over the phone and between August 26 and September 1, 600 people from the Hedmark constituency were interviewed.

Despite the fact that Hedmark and Oppland merged in Inland earlier this year, the old districts are still in operation.

It is constitutional that there should be 19 electoral districts in Norway.
