Sun in the south – rain in the north

In much of eastern Norway, there can be some nice autumn days at the beginning of the week, and in the capital region, Monday can offer up to 20 degrees and sunshine, according to the Meteorological Institute.

The rest of the week appears to be several days with clear weather and high temperatures in the area.

It also looks promising in Sørlandet, with temperatures between 15 and 19 degrees throughout the week. In western Norway and central Norway, however, it seems to be a bit more changeable.

From the middle of the week, there will be low pressure from the east to the south of Norway, while at the same time high pressure builds up in the west, writes TV 2.

– Then we’ll be in the middle. We receive a north wind in southern Norway, which will blow in a strong gale in the exposed places. In the mountains, the wind can even come in a small storm, says meteorologist Camilla Antonsen in Storm.

In northern Norway, it seems like you have to find the umbrella. Precipitation and a series of lower temperatures are expected throughout the week.

– There will be precipitation and gales from the southwest in Nordland until mid-week. In Troms and Finnmark, on the other hand, the wind will be a little weaker and the precipitation more moderate, says Antonsen.
