All proposals were submitted by various parties during the previous parliamentary term. Under the rules for constitutional amendments, they are now being addressed. The Control and Constitution Committee presented its recommendation on May 5, and only minor amendments to a two-thirds majority can be obtained, which is required by constitutional amendments.

Oaths

Two proposals to clarify the Constitution and move a couple of paragraphs to a better context have unanimous support in the committee. This applies to a section on the use of military force against the inhabitants and another on Norges Bank.
