Ohi Omoijuanfo decided after a loss of opportunities. Now Arsenal are waiting for the next game.

Mold – Rapid Wien 1–0
Molde missed several good chances before Omoijuanfo finally scored en route to a 1-0 win over Rapid Wien in the Europa League. Arsenal are the next opponent.

Molde was better before the break, but a couple of opportunities were abused. Omoijuanfo did not tuck the pair’s legs into an almost open arch. Rapid Wien created very little. A shot inside the post from the Austrians was still the biggest opportunity of the round for both teams overall.
Omoijuanfo then seized a great opportunity early in the second half when he arrived alone with the goalkeeper eleven or twelve meters away. The shot went straight to the goalkeeper.
Fredrik Aursnes was next on the list of losers. A pass from Magnus Wolff Eikrem sent Aursnes almost wide open. The shot was on artificial grass before the ball ended up over the crossbar.
The first goal almost had to come after the pressure Molde put on Rapid throughout the game. Omoijuanfo slipped 1-0 from a meter away, and it was strictly impossible to abuse that opportunity.

Molde has six points after two games in the Europa League.
In the second group game, it took Arsenal almost a round to get ahead of Irish Dundalk. Just before the break came two redeeming goals from Edward Nketiah and Joseph Willock. It was the start of the road to a clear 3-0 victory.
Arsenal was very small. A major Premier League away game against Manchester United on Sunday saw manager Mikel Arteta put many of his biggest stars to rest.
Molde continues the Europa League against Arsenal in London next week. Before that, the Moldanos play in the Eliteserien away against Mjøndalen on Sunday.
