Prime Minister Erna Solberg called for solidarity as she spoke during a live worldwide broadcast on Saturday night.

The support concert “One World: Together at Home” is broadcast live in Norway on TV 2 Sumo, in tribute to healthcare workers who are at the forefront of the fight against the crown epidemic.

In addition to many well-known artists such as Billie Eilish, Keith Urban, Elton John, and Lady Gaga, Solberg also invited on television.

Solberg emphasized how important it is for the world to be united now, even if done from home.

“We must show solidarity with those affected and we must support those who work on the front line in this fight,” said Solberg.

– We should also come back better. Therefore, Norway has just set aside more than $ 200 million to find a vaccine that should be available to everyone. We have also increased our support for the World Health Organization and the United Nations Humanitarian Organization, in addition to starting a joint UN front that will help countries recover.

One by one, the superstars appeared via video from their home office.

Stevie Wonder started the two-hour main concert, while it all ended with a surprise number where Céline Dion, Andrea Bocelli, John Legend, and Lady Gaga performed together.
