The shots were fired where Fossveien meets the Helgesens gate. The message reached the police at 8:38 p.m. on Saturday.

– No one is injured on the spot. We are in contact with witnesses and are looking for a silver VW polo that was seen in connection with the incident, police write.

One of the shots hit a window in an apartment building, but police say they have multiple leads indicating it was a random hit. No one in the apartment is physically injured.

Packages of what the police believe may be hashish were left on the asphalt near where the shots were fired.

Witness reports indicate that there may have been a confrontation or a fight before the shots were fired.

Operations manager Guro Sandnes tells VG that there are no signs that anyone has left the scene with injuries or bleeding.

The night before Sunday, the police have not contacted either party, the crime leader in the Oslo police district tells TV 2.
