At 05.10 on Tuesday night, the police received a phone call from a man in his 20s. In his guard uniform, he had been stabbed.
– The message was stabbed at the Skjernes kiosk in Tromsdalen. It was the offended people who called us, says the head of the police investigation section, Lene Fabek.
The man was operated on earlier today for knife wounds. On Tuesday afternoon he will be questioned by the police.
– What has happened is too early to say anything. Hopefully we will get more information in the afternoon, says Fabek.
There must have been two perpetrators. Both must be dressed in black. Police currently have no suspects.
Securitas confirms that it was one of its employees.
It is unclear whether the man was at work or on his way to work or back.
– Our employee is hospitalized and is doing well under conditions. Both the weights and the companions are attended by crisis teams with health personnel.

Following the incident, Police Operations Director Eirik Kileng said there was no reason to believe that the perpetrators involved were a danger to other people.
The police want leads in the case. Then I have done both technical and tactical research. They have also questioned several witnesses and conducted searches with both drones and dogs. But no one has been arrested in connection with the case.
