During tonight’s semi-final in the singing competition on NRK, it was disco and duets with former “Star Wars” contestants that were on the show. It was Ingeborg Walther, Knut Marius Djupvik and Sandra Lyng herself from Mosjøen who were going to fight for the last two places.
When the votes were counted, it was clear that Ingeborg Walther was the one who had to leave the competition, and Sandra is thus ready for the grand final next Saturday.
During Saturday’s broadcast, she began with Donna Summer’s “Hot Stuff,” and both the judges and critics were pleased. During the duet with Alexander Pavelich, they performed Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s monstrous hit “Shallow,” and the performance moved audiences both in the living room and at home in the living rooms.
“Sandra shows once again why she deserves a place in the final,” says the VG critic and next Saturday she will fight for victory.
