Police moved in with multiple patrol cars after a report of a serious incident in Skjetten on Saturday night.
– At 01.35, the police received a message from the FP center about a stabbing at an address in Skjetten. Police were on the scene five minutes later and now we are there with various units, East Police District Operations Manager Kristian Loraas tells Romerikes Blad at 02:00 on Saturday night.
The leader of the police task force at the scene, Bjørn Christian Willersrud, claims that the offended person was transported to Ahus with stab wounds. The person in question, a man in his 30s, is described as seriously injured.
– When the police arrived at the scene, we quickly took control of one person. He has been arrested and taken into custody, Willersrud says.
Just before 03:00, the police had finished on the spot.
– We have a good control of the track safety and the case is followed up during the weekend, affirms the leader of the task.
