He spoke about his own reaction when Prince Charles (71) was diagnosed with coronary infection.
It was in an interview with the BBC early Friday morning that Prince William, 37, and his wife, Kate Middleton, 38, opened up about their feelings when Prince Charles was diagnosed with a coronary infection in late March.
– I must admit that I was really worried at first; he fits into what is the risk zone. My father has had many breast infections, colds, and the like over the years. So I thought to myself that anyone who can fight this must be him, Prince William told the BBC.

Fortunately for the British royal house, it was a mild variant that struck Prince Charles, who was out of isolation a week after the court released the news of his coronary infection.
However, the concerns are not yet over for his son, Prince William. As is well known, Prince William has family members even older than his father, namely the 93-year-old grandmother and Queen Elizabeth and her husband Prince Philip (98).
Age has become a vulnerable topic during the crown crisis.
– Obviously I have thought a lot about my grandparents, who are their age. We do everything we can to protect them and make sure they are isolated. But yes, I am concerned, says Prince William, number two in succession to the British throne after his father, in the BBC interview.
In addition, he states in the interview that “the worst” for his father was that he could not go outdoors to breathe fresh air.
– He’s crazy for walking, I love it, so I think he thought it was a bit difficult. Also for his mental health: having to be locked up and unable to walk.
