Tromsø police want to contact witnesses who may have information after a man was stabbed at around 0500 on the Tromsø bridge on Tuesday morning.
– After reviewing some surveillance cameras, we see two people in particular who, depending on the time and place, we think may have information about the case. So far we have not spoken to them, says Investigative Section Chief Lene Fabek at the Tromsø Police Station.
The police ask these people, or those who may have information about who they are, to contact the police.
A man in his 20s was operated on at the Northern Norwegian University Hospital after being stabbed with a knife in Tromsdalen on Tuesday morning.
It was the man himself who called the emergency services and told them that he had been stabbed with a knife.
The incident took place outside the Mix kiosk in Tromsdalen, according to operations manager Jørgen Ahlquist in the Troms police district. So far, the suspicion is directed at two alleged perpetrators, both of whom are unknown to the police and in general.
