– I’m afraid he will set the house on fire, says Per Helge Andreassen, and rolls up a list of vandalism to which the car and his house have been exposed.

The perpetrator in question has broken the front window of Andreassen’s car twice, carved “PST” into the hood, popped the hood, threw the car’s tires into the fjord, punctured the new tires on the car, cut the garden hose with a knife broke
The glass in the front door of the house with a pot, broke a window and smashed the tiles.

Andreassen has notified the man six times, but the man receives no stricter penalties than a police ban.

He was first banned from visiting in October, which related only to Andreassen’s property. The police later wrote that they believed there was reason to believe that the man would commit a crime against Andreassen. But on February 1 I found Andreassen
The valves of the car tires were cut. The visitor ban was extended to the entire street.

But it was in vain. When TV 2 met Andreassen in early March, the windshield had been crushed again and the hood was bulging.

Andreassen estimates that he has paid NOK 60,000 in expenses due to the vandalism that the man has committed on his property.

Now he fears for the life and health of children and grandchildren.

– I’m not afraid to meet him myself, but if my grandchildren are hit by a pot the next time I throw it, they are dead, says Andreassen.

I have the perpetrator in the movie

Andreassen, who actually lives in northern Norway, has a vacation home in Askøy to be close to family in Bergen.

The first time Andreassen reported vandalism on his property was on July 17 of last year.

He had no idea who the perpetrator might be, and went to buy a surveillance camera.

On August 20, 2019, she notified a man who does not live nearby but who is affiliated with a neighbor.

In September of last year, Andreassen caught the man in a movie when he smashed his car window with a hammer.

Threaten to go harder

On October 10, Andreassen again notified the man when he broke the roof.

When police brought the man in for questioning the next day, they said, “If Per Helge doesn’t stop monitoring him, he must go harder.” The interrogation record indicates that the man believes Andreassen works in the intelligence service.

– I have a company called “Security Service”, but I work with fire protection, not intelligence, says Andreassen.

The police took the cases.

In mid-February, the Attorney General will file all criminal cases against the perpetrator due to concerns about the man’s responsibility.
