Starting Monday, Norsk Tipping will distribute a free gambling filter to players who want to block access to online gambling sites.

The “Gamban” filter is software that blocks access to gaming sites and services related to gambling on mobile devices, PCs and tablets. The goal is to help vulnerable groups, Norsk Tipping reports in a press release Monday.
– Gamban is a valuable complement to Norsk Tipping’s own opt-out systems. The filter allows us to offer extended protection to customers who want to block access to all online game offerings, both regulated and unregulated, says Bjørn Helge Hoffmann, Head of Gaming Responsible for Norsk Tipping.
You can obtain the betting filter by contacting Norsk Tipping customer service. The filter is also distributed by Spillavhengighet Norge, reports Norsk Tipping.
Those who want this filter must install it on their PC, Mac, mobile or tablet. MacOS, Windows, Android, and iOS are supported.
