However, earlier today, the Norwegian Health Directorate announced that the management considers that leaving Norway will constitute a violation of the quarantine provision, cf. regulation covid-19 § 5a.
Based on this, we have postponed today’s trip to Romania. NFF does not want to challenge infection control regulations. Following an assessment of the current regulations, and also based on signals from the Norwegian Health Directorate, we have now further adjusted the travel plans so that, in our assessment, they do not involve infringements of the rules on quarantine of infections.
This basically means that the team, which no longer includes people who play for Norwegian clubs, must travel in such a way that no individual is at any time in close contact with each other. “
