Mary-Kate Olsen files for her husband’s “emergency divorce”

Olsen twin and banker Pierre Olivier Sarkozy, half-brother of the former President of France, married in 2015 after three years as a couple.

Now, several American media, including TMZ, report that Olsen will divorce the 17-year-old Frenchman.

Asked to move out

The celebrity website writes that Olsen received an email from Sarkozy’s attorneys stating that he had to move out of his joint apartment in New York before May 18.

Also, Olsen is said to be claiming that her husband is trying to force her out of the apartment as she must have terminated the lease without Olsen being informed.

TMZ has gotten an idea from the private court documents and writes that the actor cannot meet the deadline set by Sarkozy due to New York quarantine rules. The only way out for Olsen is to file for divorce to avoid Sarkozy
in “taking over your property”.

Emergency

On April 17, Olsen signed the divorce documents, but he should have told them that the courts will not accept divorces during the crown pandemic, except in emergency situations.

Therefore, Olsen seeks a “distress divorce” from her husband for five years, writes TMZ.

Mary-Kate and her twin sister Ashley Olsen became famous when they shared the role of little Michelle in the popular Norwegian television series “Full House” called “Under the Same Roof.”

The twin sisters have recently distinguished themselves as designers and, among other things, have designed a collection for Bik Bok. They invited Norway to promote the collection in 2013.

Pierre Olivier Sarkozy has two children from a previous marriage.
