The incident occurred after 56 minutes, when Manchester United were winning 1-0 against Aston Villa.
Luke Shaw charged down the left and had a wonderful opportunity to score the tying goal for Villa, but the shot went wide off goal.

Aston Villa manager Dean Smith, on the other hand, was far from happy with the penalty shot.
He is aware that Oliver should have switched to the VAR screen to see the situation again himself.
