In the indictment, taken by order of the Attorney General, it appears that Paltto was stabbed 45 times in the head, neck and upper body, reports TV 2.

Experts have stated that the Swedish man, under strong doubts, is punished by criminal law. However, the prosecution will basically ask that the 21-year-old be transferred to compulsory mental health care.

Lindén admitted to killing a 24-year-old boy in Paltto’s apartment in Majorstuen, Oslo, on October 15, 2018. He was arrested in France after being away for nine days.

There is uncertainty surrounding Lindén’s mental health at the time of the crime. In December, he was convicted of criminal justice by the forensic psychiatric experts who examined him, but with strong doubts. However, experts thought he was psychotic when they examined him.

In an order from the Oslo District Court on May 6, it appears that he was admitted to Dikemark in February this year, where he is still hospitalized. He is currently in custody until July 1.

– The main negotiation can be scheduled no later than spring or summer 2020, the order says.
