– They are not sorry they were wrong. They regret being discovered, Mads Hansen tells Nettavisen.
On Wednesday, Nettavisen was able to tell the story of what really happened on a train in Porsgrunn, after a train conductor was hanged as a racist by the Instagram account “racisme_i_Norge”, where Jamal Sheik is behind.
Sheik posted a three-second video in which he claimed that the train conductor, an adult white male, strangled a dark-skinned young woman.
In the comment section of the Instagram page, several people argued that the driver should be fired and sent to prison.
Examining the longest and no-charge video, witness interviews and internal reporting review on Vy, it turns out that it was the youth gang that assaulted the driver. And that the driver erased did not suffocate the young woman.
You can read all about the case here:

Before Nettavisen published the case, he erupted on Instagram with critical questions about the story that was posted on the Instagram account. One of those who reacted was the television profile Mads Hansen, which has more than 470,000 followers on Instagram.
– The problem is that a racist intention is being built. And I justify it with three things. It’s posted on an account called “racism_in_Norway.” The color of the alleged victim’s skin is mentioned and the motive removed, Hansen tells Nettavisen.

Because while Nettavisen was working on the case, there were several who tried to contact the site both in direct messages and in the comment field, to report that the case was not as it was presented. Several have contacted Nettavisen and attached evidence that their comments have been removed and subsequently blocked by the site.
Mads Hansen has been in conflict with the site before, after Sheik claimed he was racist when Hansen posted a photo of himself wearing the spray tan from the series “Alle Gutta” on TV 2.
– Then Jamal Sheik said that he would enter into a dialogue with me. To show me how racist this was. That happened two days ago. Now I too have been blocked. I wonder what happened there on the road, Hansen tells Nettavisen.
The online newspaper has been trying for two days to get answers from Jamal Sheik, both about the driver’s case and why people asking critical questions are blocked. You have not responded to any of our inquiries. However, Sheik has deleted the video.
– What do you think of the methods used?
– There is so much real and current racism in Norway that one can address, it is not necessary to build it. It makes the director especially ugly. There aren’t many worse stamps you can get today than racism stamps, rightly so, that being said. The driver skidded, but it is entirely possible to find out who he is. In the original video, it also didn’t skid, Hansen says.

– they are not sorry
– But isn’t it good that there are sites that address racism in Norway, which perhaps the media and others are too bad to capture?
– Yes, I think it’s okay. But then you have to take the cases in which there is proven racism, he says and adds:
– There is a difference here. Those who have good intentions, who expose things that do not appear in the media, and that way they expose racism. But when it is built this way, it is something else entirely. I hope this account has lost all credibility.
Jamal Sheik states in a message on Instagram that he did not know that there was an occasion and a longer video. Hansen believes this to be completely wrong, as several had realized it. However, the comments were removed and the users blocked.

– If they had verified it right away, someone pointed out that this was wrong, instead of blocking people, it would have been something completely different. They don’t regret having made a mistake. They regret being discovered, Hansen says.
I will not answer
Jamal Sheik has not answered any of Nettavisen’s questions. However, he posted his own statuses on the page and removed the original video. In an Instagram story, write the following:
«Regarding the Vy case. First, it is important to remember that these are 16 year old girls. When they get in touch with racism in Norway, and they send a clip where they are strangled, it is important that we take them seriously. We have great confidence in the young people who contact us, and this was no different.
They only sent us the clip we posted. We removed 2 seconds where you used some very ugly comments, causing one to lose focus.
We never met with the director or the Vy group. The driver, of course, was the subject of gossip and we only asked questions about the whole situation, and contacted Vy via Instagram. That contact was nice, we sent them the time of the trains and other information so that they could investigate the matter further.
That it now comes to light that there has been a conflict beforehand is completely new to us and just as important. The case has several sides, and that is part of the objective of the group Vy that investigates it.
Again. We have never called the director or the Vy group racists. We only asked questions about the situation they sent us. We have anonymized the driver and never commented on him or his person, neither by comments nor about the incident. Nor have we come to the conclusion that it was racism. We only asked questions about the incident.
We recommend that you take the utmost consideration when it comes to the young girls and the principal. These are very young girls who should be tested. The director is in charge of the Vy group. We hope that both the drivers and the girls are well, that they have peace and quiet around them, so that they can handle this situation in a good way.
Unscrupulous comments are unnecessary. We report all threats. Mvh racism in Norway ».
