In February, it was announced that there will be a reunion of “Friends,” a special that will air on HBO.

– You can call this “The one that everyone got back together,” said content manager Kevin Reilly on HBO Max when the news broke.

“Friends”, in Norwegian “Friends for Life”, is considered one of the best sitcoms in history. The series ended in 2004 after ten years on screen. Since then, reruns have consistently appeared on screen.

The recording was scheduled for March, but was postponed due to the ongoing pandemic.

– At first we thought that the recording would be delayed a month, or a maximum of two. Now it looks like it could be a lot longer than that, Bon Greenblatt, president of WarnerMedia, which owns HBO Max, said in May.

P.S! Zendaya from the series “Euphoria” won the award for which Anitson was nominated.
