Linda Johansen’s skincare company had a huge number in 2019, and even she hopes to lend millions to lend her name.
In June of last year, Nettavisen wrote that life plays for former porn editor Linda Johansen.
In recent years, Johansen, 52, has decided on skincare and makeup through the Linda JC AS company. Five years ago, she was broke and completely exhausted and moved home with her parents.
However, the 2018 figures for the company were encouraging, and the good accounting figures were much better last year.

The 2019 accounts show that turnover has almost doubled from the previous year, from around NOK 21 million to NOK 50.5 million. Operating profit for the period more than doubled from NOK 4 million to 8.3 million.
In the bottom line, the company left 6.6 million, more than double its earnings in 2018. Last year, her husband and CEO Timm Runar Wold (see below) received a salary of NOK 836,000 from the company, which employs seven man-years. Wold has not responded to Nettavisen’s request for a comment on last year’s figures.
Linda Johansen has a license agreement with the company she owns, which gave her a payment of NOK 4 million last year.
The license agreement applies to the use of names and trademarks, etc. According to the company’s websites, Johansen is responsible for the research, formulation, and testing of all products from start to finish.

There has been a change of ownership in Linda JC AS. In 2018, then-shareholder Lise Berg owned 30 percent of the company. It has now been purchased and the holding company Linda JC Holding AS is a sole shareholder.
In this holding company, Johansen owns 57 percent of the shares, the husband the remaining 43 percent. Wold is therefore responsible for the daily operations of the company. The couple married in 2018.
And good numbers, despite the fact that no dividends have been made in the past two years. Stockholders’ equity, that is, the estimated values of the owners, amounted to NOK 6.6 million at the end of last year.

Real asset
A good part of the assets are claims (claims), and almost NOK 1.9 million have been activated for the development of the website. This means that the auditor has agreed that this development is considered as an asset to which actual values are attributed.
But the company also had more than NOK 1.8 million in the bank as of December 31 of last year. Debt consists mainly of trade accounts payable and public debt, such as tax payable.
Ski girl Linda Johansen started out as an editor for softcore magazine Lek in 1993 and was known as “Lek-Linda” in the 1990s. At the same time, she was an editor at The New Cocktail and Contact Forum magazine.
