Swede Adam Alsing has been watching Norwegian screens several times. According to the family, he now died after being a coronary.
The family relays the sad message to the Swedish news agency TT through Discovery Networks.
Alsing was the manager of the program on radio and television, and has also been watching Norwegian screens. In 2005 he was program manager for the Norwegian-Swedish “Big Brother” along with Brita Møystad Engseth on TVNorge. In 2014, there was a new Norwegian-Swedish version with Alsing and Pia Lykke.
– It is very sad. He was a good colleague, generous and fun. My thoughts go out to his family, and especially to the children he was so proud of, Lykke writes to VG in a text message.
– It is with great sadness and tremendous desire that we have to announce that our beloved Adam is no longer with us. After a couple of weeks of fighting covid-19, Adam passed away on Wednesday, his relatives said in a statement to TT, according to Aftonbladet.
Alsing was admitted to the Södersjukhuset in Stockholm, and his family thanks all the staff who looked after him during his stay.

Discovery’s communications manager in Sweden, Daniel Lagerqvist, said in a statement:
– With great sadness and horror we receive the message that Adam is no longer with us. Our thoughts go to Adam’s family and relatives.
Alsing started his career on TV4 in the early 1990s and then had his own talk show on TV3. He spent many years on Channel 5, where he directed, among other things, “Big Brother.”
Most recently, he was a program manager on “NRJ Morning with Adam Alsing” and on the “Adam och kompani” podcast he had with Daniel Breitholtz and Vanessa Falk.

Carola Häggkvist remembers Alsing on her Instagram on Wednesday night.
“Adam, you were often so happy and you laughed wonderfully. He seemed to be living to the fullest (…) Many people miss him incredibly. Rest in peace, Adam. Strength and love for all relatives! Writes the artist.
Swedish artist Pernilla Wahlgren is also among those who remember Alsing.
