Jørgine Vasstrand and Morten Sundli – Meetings at court – again

In February last year, influential Jørgine Massa Vasstrand (30), also known as “Funkygine”, and her husband Morten Sundli (30) had to appear in court after going to trial because they found a beard in their newly purchased home. .

They demanded price reductions and compensation of NOK 634,000 from the former owner of the apartment in Torshov in Oslo. It all ended with the married couple losing in court and receiving no compensation. Most recently, the couple have sold the apartment in question and now live in Jessheim.

Now the profiled married couple will meet in court once again. Vasstrand and Sundli have appealed the case since 2019, and on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week the appeal case will be processed in the Court of Appeals, Romerikes Blad writes.

According to the newspaper, the case will be reviewed at the Borgarting Court of Appeal in Oslo on May 12-13.

– The decision is correct.

Fortunately, there are very few such cases that have to go to court to be resolved. However, sometimes there is a need for an evaluation by a neutral judge. In this case, the seller received support for his opinions in the district court. We believe this decision is correct, says Mille Haslund Mellbye in Claims Link to newspaper.

However, “Funkygine” and her husband disagree with the verdict, and have therefore appealed. When the case was processed in the Oslo District Court last year, the court held that the complaint about the home purchase was not made within the time limit, Nettavisen reported.

The court then decided that the known couple had to pay the lessor’s legal costs.

Dagbladet has attempted to obtain a comment from Jørgine Massa Vasstrand on this matter, so far without success.

Since it became known that Vasstrand and Sundli were suing the former owner, the parties have not agreed.

The seller originally thought it was the silver jellyfish that had invaded the home, according to the court’s final statement last year. However, after the discovery of a beard, the blogger and her husband believed that the apartment was in substantially inferior condition to those presented to them.
