Investigate possible bribes for Trump’s pardon

It appears from Judge Beryl A. Howell’s court documents dated August 28 of this year. The court documents were released Tuesday and show the prosecution is investigating possible bribery against Trump’s pardon.

The court document is 18 pages long and much of it has been censored. Therefore, it is not clear from the document who is being investigated.

According to CNN, no one has been charged in the case so far, but the channel writes that at least three people are involved in the case.

As part of the investigation, more than 50 computers, tablets, hard drives and other digital devices were seized, according to the document.

Reuters writes that the investigation is about money transfers to the White House, but also political contributions in exchange for Trump’s clemency.

The White House has so far not commented on the investigation.

During his presidency he has pardoned 29 people.
