Defender Einar Råen claims that Idar Vollvik has explained himself in detail in the case and has shown a desire to solve it. Vollvik acknowledges that the bandages have been repackaged.
He also emphasizes that Vollvik did not intend to violate any legislation.
– We register that the prosecution believes this is intentional. He does not recognize himself in this and has not intended to violate any legislation, Råen said Wednesday night.

Police attorney Sigrid Sulland testified Wednesday afternoon that another person has been charged in the case. According to Sulland, the person in question has had a role in the Vovi company in Vollvik. The defendant has not yet been appointed defense attorney.
– The person in question has not been detained, but we have made electronic seizures, he tells E24 on Wednesday night.
The police lawyer claims that the charges against Vollvik remain. They think they can document that Vollvik repackaged the bandages and sold them through the Ludostore online store.
– From the moment we acted yesterday until today, suspicion against Vollvik has grown stronger, says Sulland.
Sulland claims that more witness interviews were conducted today.

In an SMS to E24 on Wednesday afternoon, his defender, Einar Råen, claims that Vollvik has not sold masks to the health service.
