OSLO DISTRICT COURT (VG) The prosecutor believes that Laila Bertheussen has shown willingness to take risks because she allegedly broke the quarantine on a trip to Sweden in August. – I have antibodies to covid-19, Bertheussen said in court on Wednesday.
– Yesterday I heard that I have repeatedly broken the quarantine and that I am willing to take risks. As you now know, I have antibodies to covid-19, and this fits into a pattern where the Attorney General does not listen to what I have to say. It doesn’t fit his narrative about me, said a witty but annoying Laila Bertheussen in room 250 on Wednesday morning.
He says he reacts strongly to the statements made by prosecutor Frederik G. Ranke after the shift yesterday.

In court on Tuesday, relatively extensive evidence was presented about Bertheussen’s travels, both to Spain and Sweden.

Now Bertheussen, for his part, says that he has already been subjected to covid-19, so he feels exempt from the quarantine obligation when traveling.

– We had evidence from the prosecution that Bertheussen had traveled in and out of Norway. We didn’t understand where the point was until we walked out of the courtroom, where the prosecution says the reason they have shown this is that she has broken quarantine rules, she says.
