The son of the incoming president is being investigated in a tax case.
Hunter Biden’s tax situation is under investigation in the state of Delaware, according to CNBC.
Joe Biden’s son is said to have said in a statement that he learned of the investigation yesterday.
– I take it very seriously, but I am sure that a professional and objective review of these cases will show that I handled my cases legally and correctly, including through professional tax advisers.
Hunter Biden was the target of a series of attacks by President Donald Trump and Republicans in the election campaign. The president has repeatedly accused him of corruption, without providing solid documentation, and has also demanded an investigation into him.
