Many protesters were upset after President Donald Trump wrote in several Twitter messages on Friday that more states had to be “liberated.”
“REMOVE MINNESOTA”, “LIBERAR MICHIGAN” and “LIBERAR VIRGINIA, and save the great second constitutional addition. It is under siege!”, Wrote the president on Twitter.
Trump’s Twitter messages came shortly after Fox News sent a report of protests in just Michigan, Minnesota, and Virginia.
In the city of Concord, New Hampshire, some 400 people gathered to say they believe there is no need to extend quarantine in a state that has relatively few proven cases of coronary infection.
In Nevada, Indiana, and Maryland, there were similar protests. In Maryland, a few hundred protesters had gathered outside the Annapolis state assembly. Also in Austin, Texas, some 250 people protested the restrictions.
Many of the protesters are supporters of Trump, he writes. Aftenposten.

The rally in Texas was called “The United States Cannot Be Closed” and is organized by Owen Shroyer, Aftenposten writes. He has a talk show on the InfoWars website, located on the right, and is known for lacking information and addressing conspiracy theories.
In his talk show, Shroyer has suggested, among other things, that the Chinese Communist Party is carrying the crown virus.
