Housing, Sandefjord | The house that shocked Norway goes up for sale again:

[ad_1]

One of Norway’s most sensational apartments is for sale again, with an interior you’ve hardly seen before.

In 2017, the online newspaper wrote about a house in Sandefjord that was for sale for NOK 9.5 million, with perhaps the most spectacular interior in Norway.

– I’ve never sold a house like this before, Elisabeth Øritsland Osvoll, real estate agent at Eiendomsmegler1 in Sandefjord told Nettavisen 3.5 years ago.

The whole villa is just over 300 square meters, but it was later divided into four apartments. The main apartment with the spectacular interior is already on sale for 5.5 million, after several sales attempts have gone to the bathroom.

– I am not disappointed that the house has not yet sold. We thought it would take time to sell the house. This is not a style everyone wants, salesperson Eva Hagen Gulliksen told Nettavisen two months after the house went up for sale.

I am magen

The house I was going to sell is one of the most placed housing ads on Finn.no, but no one wanted to bite.

– I have ice in my stomach, but now that I have moved, I would like to sell and move on, he told NRK Telemark and Vestfold in April 2019.

Hagen and her partner had bought an inn in Tofte south of Hurum, where she is now CEO of L&E Gjestgiveri. The house was divided into four apartments a year and a half ago, and it is Hagen’s main apartment that is up for sale again.

Real touch

The online newspaper wrote in 2017 that the item for sale had a real royal feel. Columns, lions, Madonna and Buddha predominate. The reactions were not surprisingly double and strong:

– Wow! It was an interior fit for a king “(Interior expert Mai Eckhoff Morseth)

– This is crazy. It’s crazy. What has gone wrong here? (Interior expert Halvor Bakke, known for “Adventurous Renovation” on TV3).

Hagen stated in June 2017 that he would not sell for less than NOK 9.5 million. At the time he thought that for the right buyer, this is a “innmari good” price.

An advertisement now describes the apartment as “unique, majestic and exciting with stucco and rose windows.” You can see the new photos of the apartment here. There have been some changes since 2017.

Special

According to the new ad, the 174 square meter apartment maintains a very good standard, with, among other things, large windows, good ceiling height and spacious and airy rooms. It is admitted in the advertisement that the apartment is “special”.

Educated hairdresser Eva Hagen has spent nearly 20 years on columns, rose windows, and other decorations. She has bought sculptures, mirrors, paintings, and chandeliers.

The garden was inspired by the decor during a vacation trip to Turkey some 20 years ago. She has made many of the decorations around the house herself, having learned to carve in stone and make plaster figures.

According to Sandefjords Blad, the job offers were at Hagen’s level when the house and apartment became popular on the market.

The online newspaper has tried to contact Eva Hagen to comment on the sale, without success. According to Osvoll, she will not comment on the sale to the media, and Osvoll will not be able to say anything about the apartment.
